❓ How many days do I have to return?

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive the product. Please note: the product must not be opened and must be returned in its original condition with foil. See the full return policy for the conditions.


❓ Is the product of good quality?

Certainly. We only work with reliable suppliers who meet our quality standards. Not satisfied? Then we look for a solution together.


❓ Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code. This way you know exactly when your package will arrive.


❓ How do I contact you?

You can use the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 3 working days.


❓ How much does it cost to return?

Return costs are at your own expense and are automatically calculated via our return portal. You pay these when creating your return label via MyParcel.

Good to know: we do not charge any additional processing fees. You only pay the standard rate of the carrier.


❓ What condition should my product be in?

Returned products must be unopened/unworn , complete and in the original packaging (so with the plastic foil still around it or the labels still attached). Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened or damaged products.


❓ Where should I send my product?

You don't have to enter an address manually. As soon as you register a return via our portal, the correct return address is automatically used.
