Returns & Refund Policy – ​​Lovely Fucking Stuff

At Lovely Fucking Stuff we want you to be happy with what you ordered. Still not completely satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Below you can read exactly how that works – no bullshit, just clear.

🔁 Return Policy

  • Return requests must be reported within 14 days of receipt via the contact form.

  • Only unused, undamaged products are eligible for return.

  • Products must be in their original condition , including labels, packaging and any seals (if applicable).

  • Returns sent without registration will not be processed .

  • Hygiene products such as underwear or socks may only be returned if unopened and inappropriate .

📬 Returns Process

  1. Email us at info@lovelyfckingstuff.com to register your return. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

  2. You will then receive return instructions including shipping address and/or return label (via our fulfillment partner SoBad ).

  3. Pack the product securely – preferably in the original packaging – and include your packing slip.

  4. Drop off the package at a post office of your carrier (usually DHL or PostNL).

⚠️ Please note: Lovely Fucking Stuff is not responsible for lost returns. Always keep your shipping receipt with tracking code.

🚚 Return addresses

All returns (merchandise and goodies) are processed by our fulfillment partner SoBad .
You will receive the exact return address by email after registration. We work with different return addresses per country and product type.

💶 Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense , unless you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

  • The return amount depends on your location, the size of the package and the shipping method.

  • You pay these costs directly at the post office or when creating your return label.

  • We do not charge any additional processing fees .

💥 Damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Is your order damaged or did you receive something you didn’t order? That sucks – let us know within 3 days :

We will then send you a new product free of charge or search together for a suitable solution. In such a case you will receive a free return label .

💳 Refund

  • After receipt and approval of your return, you will receive your money back via the original payment method within 10 working days .

  • The speed of your refund depends on your bank or credit card company.

  • If you have not received anything after 15 working days , please send us an email.

📜Important to know

  • We only accept returns that have been properly registered within the specified period.

  • Items that have clearly been worn, washed or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

  • Orders outside the Netherlands cannot be returned as letterbox parcels – always as parcels.

  • Check your order upon receipt and report any damage as soon as possible by email.
